4. Subscription and Payments

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis depending on your selected plan. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

• Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Yearly subscriptions can be cancelled within 30 days for a prorated refund
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused portions of subscriptions.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Redistribute our signals or content without written permission
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other members of our community
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall 3Tier Trading Platform, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We are not responsible for any trading losses incurred as a result of using our signals or services. You trade at your own risk.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of 3Tier Trading Platform. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
